Timber Trails North is a 4 bedroom/4 bath that sleeps 13 located in the amazing resort community of StoneBridge. If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails South and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! -Three king bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom (one is ADA compliant).
-Fourth bedroom with twin over full bunk bed and a sofa sleeper

$7 per car per day is charged for anyone renting a lodge in Stonebridge resort. This will be paid upfront at the Welcome Center upon check-in.

This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway: The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs.

For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, YouTubeTV provided on three TVs, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high-speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck.

In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away.

*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.*

Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view.

For the children, a pack and play and highchair are provided.
